Communication
A simple enquiry or a serious request? How to communicate effectively with your parish council.
Communicating efficiently and effectively.
Parish Councillors are volunteers and we do our best to address your issues. When residents make an inquiry directly, we will endeavour to answer the question. However, sometimes a decision will have to be made, following a request.
Decisions cannot be made by councillors independently. All decisions or resolutions may be passed or rejected by a majority vote, following open and transparent discussion held in public, by law.
Whilst each Councillor is assigned an area of responsibility, you should initially make contact via the Clerk at clerk@aynho-pc.gov.uk or via the Contact Us form and the relevant Councillor will be informed by the Clerk. This is the best way to ensure your issue is recorded and if necessary, be made an agenda item for future discussion.
